KVN-Elit’ Affair’s Banquet Hall is uniquely designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere to celebrate any special event. The venue is situated at street level in a classic 50-year-old building newly designed for all occasions. No affair is too small. Its wide open space has everything you need to make your event pop off. The venue has a kitchen with a bar for a buffet, an island, and appliances. The banquet hall provides beautiful décor and much more to enhance each event. Windows and ceiling have mounts for creative drapery. A private room is available for the bride or special individual to prepare for their special day.

The banquet hall can accommodate 250 guests standing and 125 guests seated, with a dance floor. The hall has a primary staging area with a DJ booth.

Cleaning & Security

Security Services ($125) are required for 3 hours for events past 9:00 pm. This gives a (9-12) police security presence in the parking lot to ensure our clients enjoy themselves.
